Partnerships are one of our specialisms, especially around primary care developments. We were one of the first formal joint ventures in the country to partner with a GP practice to build a new surgery in a deprived area. We bought the land, built the surgery, and managed the whole project from end-to-end, leaving the practice free to concentrate on their patients. 

We work with individual GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), taking time to understand their particular requirements before providing bespoke support to transform their surgery into affordable, bespoke, CQC-compliant facilities specifically designed by our clinical experts.
